Payments:

Neither the Banks nor the Credit Card companies make it easy to do business in today's world, especially when you are a home grown operation and you're not moving tens of thousands of dollars in and out of their vaults every day. Doing business online is even harder because they don't even see you as a business! Their fees are nothing short of criminal, they put holds on your funds for any reason they can think of and Customer Service is a foreign concept to them.

Now, having said all of that and having dealt with their fees and rules & regulations for a long, long time, I have narrowed our payment terms to accepting PayPal ONLY. Anyone can pay via PayPal regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account. PayPal is secure, it is trackable, it is versatile and it is painless. I won't have to pay the bank any of their obscene fees. I won't need a Merchant account or a payment gateway, I no longer have to be concerned with bounced checks and the fees associated with them. I don't have to worry about all of the bogus credit card numbers and scams out there and, again, all of the fees associated with the charge backs. And, finally, I settled on PayPal because it is very secure and almost impossible to forge, unlike a lot of the others out there. Again, anyone can pay via PayPal regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account.

Shipping:

All orders are assesed a Shipping and Handling charge. The shipping and handling charges are displayed in your shopping cart

All orders are shipped as quickly as humanly possible after receipt of the order. If we ever anticipate a delay, for any reason, we will post it right on the product page of our website. Our delivery times are some of the best in the industry and our suppliers were all chosen because of their commitments to supply us with our raw materials very quickly. Any and all vacations will be clearly posted on our website. We observe all of the traditional Holidays. We do whatever is needed to keep you informed

All orders, generally, are shipped via the United States Postal Service, when possible. We try to always ship orders First Class but on occasion, when an order is unusually large and/or heavy, we end up shipping it as a "package" which may go via a commercial carrier.
